Welcome to 123k.click. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the entity operating the 123k platform ("123k", "we", "us") and you ("user", "member"). By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms.

The following are definitions of key terms used throughout this document:

• "Platform" — The 123k.click website and mobile application.
• "Services" — Everything 123k has to offer: Sports Betting, Live Casino, lottery, and analytics.
• "Wallet" — The digital funds held within your 123k account.
• "Bonus" — Promotional funds, free bets, or any other additional benefits.

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use 123k's services:

• You must be at least 18 years old to register. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately.
• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended and any funds held may be forfeited.

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, 123k reserves the right to void the affected bets.

• The minimum bet is ৳10. Maximum limits vary depending on the market and event.
• For an accumulator bet to pay out, every selection must be correct.
